HOW TO INSTALL THE DISK IN THE MACHINE

1. With the machine off, remove the axle nut;
2. Attach the disc, observing the direction of rotation of the machine and inserting the disc with the direction of rotation label facing down. If necessary, rotate the disc in the direction of the thread so that it touches until the stop.
3. Insert and tighten the nut as indicated by the machine manufacturer;

DESCRIPTION AND HOW TO USE POLIBRA KIT

01 brown solid mass bar for heavy cutting, and low gloss power in non-ferrous metals;
01 bar of white solid mass for heavy cutting, and medium gloss power;
01 bar of pink solid mass for light cutting, and high gloss power;
01 ventilated disc of yellow resin sisal 150x13;

Used with brown or white putty to remove sanding marks and scratches.

01 smooth disc of raw sisal 150x13;
Used with white dough for cutting.

01 pink ventilated disc of 150x13;
It is used for polishing aluminum and stainless steel with white or pink putty.

01 yellow ventilated disc 150x13;
It is used with pink paste in the mirroring stage in aluminum and stainless steel.

01 disc of yellow cotton 150x13;
It is used with pink paste in the mirroring stage in aluminum and stainless steel.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Keep the work environment clean and organized;
2. Use safety PPE's during the work (glasses, gloves, mask and hearing protectors);
3. Use machines and equipment in good condition;
4. Whenever replacing discs, unplug the machine from the outlet;
5. Do not exceed the limit of 3500 rpm when using the discs;
6. In case of doubts, contact the manufacturer or dealer through the service channels.
