HOW TO INSTALL THE POLISHING DISCS ON THE MACHINE
With the machine turned off, remove the shaft nut;
Attach the disc, ensuring it follows the machine’s rotation direction and inserting the disc with the rotation direction label facing down. If necessary, rotate the disc in the thread direction until it rests against the stop;
Insert and tighten the nut as instructed by the machine’s manufacturer.
Note: Hookit discs have Velcro on the back of the grit side, allowing them to be "attached" to the machine.

Sanding:
The Kit 03 consists of Hookit sanding discs, model SA331V, with grits ranging from 80 to 1500:

The recommended sanding process starts with Grit 80 and progressively increases to Grit 1500. Before beginning, always assess the surface conditions to determine the appropriate grit. The fewer the marks on the surface, the higher the initial grit can be. Example:
If there are few or shallow scratches, start with Grit 150.
If deeper scratches need correction, increase the grit until the scratches are completely removed.
Polishing:
The Kit 03 consists of two types of ventilated cotton discs and two types of solid polishing compounds:
01 pink ventilated disc Ø 150 x 13 – For hard-to-reach areas.
02 pink ventilated discs Ø 200 x 13
01 blue ventilated disc Ø 150 x 13 – For hard-to-reach areas.
02 blue ventilated discs Ø 200 x 13
01 solid white polishing compound bar; Approx. weight: 1kg

Polishing process:
First stage (cutting and initial shine): Use the pink ventilated disc with the white polishing compound;
Final stage (finishing and high gloss): Use the blue ventilated disc with the blue polishing compound.
